Job summary

Zelis is seeking a Senior Lead for Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Data Security Posture Management (DSPM) and Exception Governance. You will protect sensitive healthcare, financial, and corporate data across cloud, on-premises, and SaaS environments, partnering with Security, Infrastructure, Analytics, and Legal teams.

You will drive DLP and DSPM programs, implement governance controls, and prepare risk reporting for leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years in progressive cybersecurity roles with growth in scope.
• 3+ years supporting enterprise DLP programs.
• 1–2 years in DSPM, data discovery or classification.
• Experience in governance, risk management, or exception management.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day DLP controls administration and monitoring.
• Support DSPM implementation across data stores and cloud environments.
• Drive data discovery, classification, labeling, and protection efforts.
• Administer security exception governance and remediation tracking.
• Collaborate with Legal, Privacy, Compliance and IT for audits and governance.
