Job summary

WSFS Bank is seeking a Data Security Analyst to join the incident response team, protecting data against breaches and loss. You will help enforce the Information Security Program, develop policies, and monitor controls to ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability across our systems.

The role requires collaboration with Internal Audit and IT risk stakeholders, plus strong written and verbal communication. Banking experience and security certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Cybersecurity, Information Systems or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an IT role with focus on Data Security.
• Relevant security certifications preferred (Security+, CEH, CISSP).

Responsibilities

• Assist VP-Security Operations/Intelligence Manager in delivering comprehensive security coverage for the Bank.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to protect information assets; enforce confidentiality and integrity.
• Support audits, IT examinations, and remediate findings; improve availability and security.
