The Data Scientist will apply technical resources to accelerate the delivery of open-source data, information, and insights, with AWS-based resources and collaboration with mission partners.

This position requires Active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph and U.S. citizenship.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph.
• U.S. Citizenship required (NO EXCEPTIONS).
• Experience with Python and geo-spatial data formats.
• Experience creating and managing AWS resources (EC2, Lambda, S3) and IAM policies.
• Experience using GitHub.

Responsibilities

• Architect, deploy, and maintain fast-turnaround collection capabilities.
• Coordinate with mission partners to meet requirements and tradecraft needs.
• Create and maintain collection capabilities in AWS using approved services.
• Validate data to meet format requirements.
• Maintain source code in GitHub and document execution steps.
• Perform operations and maintenance to adapt to changing targets and formats.
