Job summary

Rapid Cycle Solutions LLC is seeking a Data Scientist Expert to provide data-driven analysis. You will support senior leaders with NLP-driven insights, preprocessing, and building models in Python.

Experience with spaCy/Gensim/NLTK and deep learning frameworks is desired, with strong SQL, GitHub, and GPU-accelerated computing capabilities. The role requires TS/SCI clearance and full-scope poly, citizenship, and on-site work in McLean, VA.

Qualifications

• > Clearance: Active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph.
• ?> U.S. Citizenship required (NO EXCEPTIONS).
• > NLP tasks including library selection, preprocessing, analysis, and model evaluation.
• > Use Python NLP packages such as SpaCy, Gensim, or NLTK.
• > Deep learning frameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Keras.
• > Experience with HuggingFace Transformers library.
• > Build ML models for text classification and topic modeling.
• > Use encoder-decoder and generative language models for NLP tasks.
• > Communicate methodological choices and results.
• > Proficiency with SQL including CTEs, set ops, aggregates, nested queries.
• > Version control with GitHub and Jenkins.
• > Leverage GPUs for accelerated computing.
• > Measure performance with practical approaches.
• > Assist in data collection, analysis, and presenting findings to leadership.
• > Conduct advanced statistical analysis on personnel, intelligence, and performance metrics.
• > Support research methodology selection and development.
• > Analyze information and present findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Conduct sophisticated NLP analyses using deployed tools.
• Analyze large volumes of raw and text data to extract business insights.
• Preprocess and clean structured and unstructured data, including text.
• Design and implement advanced ETL code and table configurations.
• Use SQL in Oracle to organize data and analytics.
• Author analytic publications and ad-hoc reports with visualizations.
• Stay current with enterprise metadata tools.
• Implement existing coordination processes.
• Provide technical education to staff as needed.
• Offer SME NLP support for initiatives.
