Job summary

Holland America Line, a Carnival Corporation brand, seeks a Senior Manager to support the YODA revenue management analytics platform. You will partner with RM teams across HAL and Seabourn to ensure models are accurate, accessible, and actionable for end users, driving data-driven pricing and inventory decisions.

The role is hybrid, based in Seattle with four days a week in the office. You will lead model development, validation, and user training while collaborating with RM, BI, and MLOps teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Mathematics, Statistics, OR, DS or related numeric field.
• Experience in data science, analytics, or quantitative modeling.
• Strong communication and collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary RM contact for YODA users.
• Develop models to support pricing and inventory decisions.
• Interpret model outputs for non-technical stakeholders.
• Gather end-user feedback and translate questions into tasks.
• Build and update forecasting and optimization models in YODA.
• Communicate model updates clearly to RM teams.
• Collaborate with RM, BI, and MLOps teams to feed analytics into YODA.
• Maintain user documentation and training materials.
