Job summary

Holland America Line is seeking an Analyst, Performance Analytics to provide data-driven insights for onboard revenue analytics. You will analyze data from multiple sources, collaborate across departments, and support beta tests for AI-enabled tools.

The role emphasizes communication of complex results and continuous process improvement, with a hybrid schedule in the Doral office. The ideal candidate has a 1–2 year track record in business analytics, strong Excel/SQL/Python skills, and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 1–2+ years of analytics experience.
Proficiency with Excel, SQL, Python and data visualization tools.
Familiarity with AI/agentic systems and willingness to learn.
Strong business acumen, KPI focus, and revenue analytics experience.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience supporting cross-functional teams and beta tests.

Responsibilities

Analyze data from multiple sources to extract actionable insights and recommendations.
Collaborate with operations, finance, and marketing to drive revenue analytics.
Support beta tests and pilot projects for new tools and strategies.
Document methodologies and communicate results to stakeholders and leadership.
Identify improvements to analytics processes, including AI/agentic tools.
Support multiple analytics projects and coordinate with team members.
