Job summary

SKS Consulting Group seeks a doctoral-level psychologist or quantitative scientist to lead assessment science, data analytics, and reporting for client engagements. You will design tools, validate scales, build scalable analytics pipelines, and translate findings into practical leadership insights.

You will collaborate with internal consultants and clients, ensuring rigorous data practices and clear narratives.

Qualifications

PhD in I/O Psychology, Psychometrics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
Experience with classical test theory and item response theory for scale validation.
Experience applying advanced statistics to real-world business questions.
Proficiency in R or Python.
Strong working knowledge of SQL and cleaning/integrating large complex datasets.
Ability to tell a clear story through data visualization.
Excellent written and verbal communication and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Assessment science & research: design, testing, and refinement of assessment tools; reliability, validity, and predictive analyses.
Data products & automation: build clean datasets and workflows; dashboards and automated reports.
Applied analytics: turn data into actionable insights; produce recurring reports.
Communication & partnership: translate findings for technical and nontechnical audiences; collaborate with internal and external partners.
Quality & responsible data practices: maintain documentation and protect sensitive information.
