Qualifications

• PhD in I/O Psychology, Psychometrics, Data Science, Statistics, or related quantitative field.
• Experience with classical test theory and item response theory approaches to scale validation.
• Experience applying advanced statistics to real-world business questions.
• Proficiency in R or Python.
• Strong working knowledge of SQL and experience cleaning, integrating, and quality-checking large complex datasets.
• Ability to tell a clear story through data visualization.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and collaborating with stakeholders who have varied priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support the design, testing, and refinement of assessment tools, including reliability and validity analyses.
• Build clean datasets and workflows powering analytics; contribute to dashboards and automated reports.
• Turn assessment and organizational data into actionable insights for leaders.
• Translate technical findings into clear narratives for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Maintain documentation and promote responsible data practices across projects.
