Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Data Science, CS, Statistics, Mathematics).
• 3 years of data science or related work experience.
• Proficiency with Python, R, SQL or similar languages.
• Experience in data analysis, machine learning, and statistical modeling.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Understanding of machine learning algorithms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform data extraction, cleaning and harmonization.
• Complete data analysis and statistical modeling.
• Develop predictive models and design experiments to support data-driven decision making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business problems that can be solved using data science.
• Provide model interpretation and visualization of results.
• Supports collection, analysis, and interpretation of information from multiple data sources.
• Assists in the application of analytical models and data mining techniques to large data sets.
• Design rich data visualizations to communicate complex ideas to clinical staff and leadership.
• Build predictive models and ML algorithms from development through testing.
• Facilitate ETL processes to CRM cloud platforms like Salesforce.
