Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Insurance, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, CS)
• 4–6 years of experience in research, modeling, or statistical analysis
• Healthcare payer experience required
• Strong knowledge of advanced statistical modeling and data mining techniques
• Experience developing and monitoring predictive models
• Experience with univariate and multivariate analyses
• Strong hands-on Python and SQL skills

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and quantitative analysis supporting predictive modeling initiatives.
• Perform statistical data mining and analytical research using advanced methodologies.
• Develop, test, validate, deploy, and monitor predictive and statistical models.
• Analyze data to identify patterns and correlations using univariate and multivariate analysis.
• Document model requirements, methodologies, results, and maintenance procedures.
• Oversee development, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of analytical models.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
