• Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar quantitative field
• 1–2 years of experience in exploratory data analysis
• Experience with SQL and one or more of: R, Python, Hadoop, SAS, SPSS, Scala
• Ability to execute the model lifecycle
• Technical writing and data storytelling skills
• Research and interpersonal skills
• Communication and critical thinking
• Collaborate and build relationships
• Initiative with sound judgment
• Technical skills aligned to Big Data analysis, coding, project management and technical writing
• Problem-solving approach to address issues as they are identified

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and evaluate routine predictive models and algorithms
• Analyze and interpret data results with limited complexity
• Develop and code routine software programs, algorithms, and automated processes
• Use modeling and trend analysis to identify and assess patterns
• Support and participate in team projects and organizational initiatives
• Document and present findings using effective written and verbal communication
