Job summary

Rosendin is seeking a Data Scientist II to join the Data Analytics Team. You will apply advanced analytics, statistical modeling, and ML to transform procurement and cost data into strategic insights for leaders nationwide.

You’ll collaborate with procurement leaders, category managers, estimators, and field ops to optimize spend, forecast price volatility, and enhance supplier performance on electrical construction projects.

Qualifications

• Education in data science or related quantitative field; master’s preferred.
• 3–5+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or BI.
• Strong Python/R, SQL, and BI tool proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Build and refine spend intelligence models across electrical procurement.
• Develop statistical forecasting for procurement spend by category.
• Create supplier scorecards and dashboards for leadership.
• Translate complex analysis into actionable business guidance.
• Collaborate with IT to deploy ML into procurement tools.
