Job summary

Credit Karma seeks a data-analytics driven professional to transform internal and external data into strategic recommendations for partners and members. You will develop dashboards, learn agendas, and analytical frameworks to guide growth and performance evaluation with a focus on credit-market insights.

You will collaborate with Business Development to model scenarios, quantify opportunities, and present executive-ready materials in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of analytics, strategy, consulting, finance, or related quantitative field.
• BS/MS in quantified disciplines.
• Strong SQL ability to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets.
• Experience building dashboards in Tableau or Looker.
• Understanding of statistics applied to business problems.

Responsibilities

• Use internal and external data to develop strategic recommendations that create measurable value for Credit Karma and its partners.
• Develop learning agendas and test plans to support agile, data-driven decision-making.
• Build analytical frameworks to evaluate partner performance, marketplace dynamics, and portfolio health.
• Query and analyze large datasets with SQL to evaluate credit trends and growth opportunities.
• Design and maintain scalable BI reports in Tableau or similar tools for stakeholders.
• Partner with Business Development to support partner growth strategy by delivering structured analysis, scenario modeling, and executive-ready materials.
• Lead end-to-end analytics work streams, defining success metrics and delivering insights to cross-functional teams.
