Intuit Inc. is seeking a Sr. Staff Data Scientist to lead analytics for Credit Karma's Engagement team, influencing product lifecycle strategy and retention. You will define analytics vision, raise scientific standards, and guide cross-functional collaboration with Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Design.

You will design sophisticated experiments, advance causal inference, and develop scalable segmentation while mentoring team members in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 9+ years in data science and analytics with strategy impact.
• Experience in consumer product engagement, retention, or growth preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business strategy into analytical problems.
• Proven success designing complex experiments beyond basic A/B tests.
• Deep expertise in causal inference, segmentation, and experimentation.
• Exposure to lightweight ML to inform decisions.

Responsibilities

• Set data science strategy across engagement and lifecycle initiatives.
• Influence senior leadership across product, marketing, engineering and design.
• Advance ML and causal inference methodologies for use cases.
• Lead-scale experimentation including advanced designs and quasi-experiments.
• Develop durable member segmentation and targeting insights.
• Shape AI-native roadmap and measure impact on outcomes.
• Mentor and develop data scientists on the team.
