Unum is seeking a Data Scientist II to join the CX Analytics team within the Customer Experience Organization. You will apply AI to structured and unstructured data, run analyses, support experiments, and uncover drivers that inform business decisions across BI, operations, and value-stream partners.

The role requires independence on moderately complex work, collaboration with BI Analysts and Data Engineers, and strong communication to translate insights into business value.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in quantitative field is required; Master’s preferred.
• 4 years of professional experience or equivalent work experience.

Mansioni

• Design and execute analytical solutions with optimization, simulation, data mining.
• Integrate data from DB2, SQL Server, Web API, Teradata for analyses.
• Construct and tune predictive models and communicate findings to leadership.
• Support integration of solutions within business processes using automation.
