Job description

Nordic Global is seeking a Data Scientist to support a high-priority initiative for our client focused on developing and tracking performance metrics aligned with the U.S. News & World Report survey. This role will supplement the in-house statistics team by accelerating the development, analysis, and reporting of these key performance metrics.

This is a short-term remote contract opportunity (~2 months).

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Apply Statistical Process Control (SPC), time series analysis, and other statistical methods to monitor clinical processes and outcomes.
  2. Assist with setting and validating performance benchmarks and outcome targets for the survey metrics.
  3. Develop and maintain Power BI visualizations to translate statistical insights into actionable dashboards for stakeholders.
  4. Collaborate closely with the client's internal statistics and clinical teams to align analytics with survey strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in healthcare data analytics or clinical quality measurement preferred.
  • Strong skills in SPC, time series analysis, and benchmarking.
  • Proficiency in Power BI for visualization.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with clinical and data teams in a fast-paced environment.
