Role Description

Seeking a lead data scientist for our care and risk modeling team. Responsible for guiding a team in developing and refining models like DataIQ, and involved in new initiatives for enhancements, expansion, and scaling. The role offers high impact, visibility, and growth opportunities, with project decisions driven by you and your team.

Responsibilities

1. Lead design, development, and deployment of care and risk models.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to apply statistical analysis and machine learning.
3. Work with clinical and population health teams to tailor models.
4. Analyze large datasets in a repeatable manner.
5. Coordinate with development teams on platform and product roadmap.
6. Mentor junior data scientists.
7. Communicate effectively and maintain a positive, solution-focused attitude.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields.
• 7+ years of data science or analytics experience.
• 1+ years of mentoring experience.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python in cloud environments.
• Experience with healthcare clinical data.
• Leadership in analytics projects from concept to delivery.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Experience with model lifecycle management.
• Extensive SQL database experience.
• Knowledge of causal inference statistics.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

Pay Range

$106,605 - $284,280, depending on experience and other factors. Includes potential bonuses, incentives, and equity awards.
