Job summary

Lunar Solar Group in the United States is seeking a Data Scientist to join the Data Strategy & Insights team. You will build measurement programs, multi-touch attribution, incrementality testing, and MMM frameworks to deliver defensible client recommendations.

Collaborate with Data Strategist and media buyers, present findings to clients, and turn data into scalable templates and reusable code to drive growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in applied data science or marketing analytics.
• Hands-on experience with marketing measurement methods (MTA, incrementality, MMM).
• Strong grounding in causal inference and experimental design.
• Experience building media mix models and interpreting results.
• Ability to explain statistical results to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own measurement framework design and diagnostics for MMM and attribution.
• Plan, launch, and interpret incrementality tests across platforms.
• Build and refresh media mix models using experiment results.
• Reconcile attribution, experiments, and modeling into client-ready insights.
• Present findings clearly to clients and internal teams.
