Job summary

impact.com is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to advance measurement capabilities in its dynamic partnership marketing platform. You will lead modeling research across attribution, identity resolution, and tracking quality while owning end-to-end measurement pipelines.

You will design experiments to quantify lift and ensure robustness of the identity graph and pipelines, bridging technical work with business value for leadership and product teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of total experience with hands-on data-driven R&D.
• Proven track record in designing incrementality experiments and A/B testing.
• Fluent in Python/SQL and owning code from research to production deployment.

Responsibilities

• Innovate and modernize measurement solutions using ML, graphs, and AI.
• Develop robust pipelines with testing environments and monitoring.
• Own deployment, testing, and monitoring of measurement models.
