Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 1–3 years of related experience.
• Hands-on Python and SQL for data analysis, feature engineering, and AI solution development.
• Experience designing GenAI and LLM-based capabilities with production readiness.

Responsibilities

• Serve as data science lead for AI-enabled capabilities across analytics.
• Translate business problems into prioritized AI/analytics use cases with delivery plans.
• Design and evaluate GenAI and agentic AI solutions using LLMs and retrieval-augmented generation.
• Establish evaluation and monitoring for AI solutions including safety and governance.
• Apply ML and time-series analysis to supply chain use cases like demand, inventory, and cost.
• Collaborate with data engineers to build trusted analytical datasets and pipelines.
• Work with software teams to integrate data science into enterprise apps and production.
• Provide technical guidance and coordinate dependencies across teams.
• Develop documentation and contribute to technical reviews.
• Communicate findings and business impact to stakeholders within Agile processes.
