Responsibilities

• Serve as data science technical lead for AI-enabled capabilities across analytics.
• Translate business problems into AI/analytics use cases and delivery plans.
• Design, develop, evaluate GenAI/agentic AI solutions with LLMs and retrieval-augmented generation.
• Establish evaluation/monitoring for AI solutions: accuracy, safety, user feedback.
• Apply ML, statistics, time-series to supply chain use cases (demand, inventory, capacity).
• Collaborate with data engineers to build trusted datasets and features.
• Work with engineers to integrate DS capabilities into enterprise apps and ensure production readiness.
• Provide technical guidance and reviews, coordinate dependencies across teams.
• Document operating procedures and contribute to technical reviews.
• Communicate findings and trade-offs to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
