Amazon.com Services LLC, part of the Global Fleet and Products (GFP) organization, is seeking a Data Scientist for fleet planning to optimize vehicle allocation and capacity across programs. You will build linear programs, ML models, and statistical analyses to guide redeployment and procurement decisions.

You will collaborate with planning, procurement, deployment, and leadership to test model outcomes, explain insights, and ensure scalable, coherent planning across the network.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of data scientist experience.
• 3+ years of data querying languages (e.g. SQL), scripting languages (e.g. Python) or statistical/mathematical software (e.g. R, SAS, Matlab, etc.) experience
• 3+ years of machine learning/statistical modeling data analysis tools and techniques, and parameters that affect their performance experience
• 1+ years of guiding and coaching a group of researchers experience
• 1+ years of working with or evaluating AI systems experience
• Master's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM), or experience working in STEM

• Build models and automation for planners for generating vehicle allocation plans
• Partner with program teams to test and measure success of implemented model
• Lead reviews with senior leadership, deep dive model outputs and explain implications of model recommendations.
