Guidehouse is seeking a Data Science Consultant to advance Navy mission objectives by building, enhancing, and sustaining Palantir Foundry data pipelines, ontologies, and workflows that directly support operational readiness, logistics efficiency, and decision-quality analytics.

You will design dashboards and AI-enabled workflows for senior leaders, replace manual reporting with automated pipelines using Python, Power BI, and Power Apps, and collaborate with Navy program managers to translate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data science or a related quantitative field.
• 1+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, automation, or AI/ML development.
• Strong proficiency in Python (NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn) and workflow automation; SQL, GitHub.
• Experience developing automated dashboards, pipelines, and mission-oriented reporting using Power BI, Power Apps, and Python.
• Hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry tools, including Ontology and AIP Foundations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver mission-aligned Foundry demos and decision-support tools for Navy leaders.
• Increase analytic velocity by replacing manual reporting with automated, scalable workflows in Python, Power BI, and Power Apps.
• Design dashboards, AI-enabled workflows, and performance metrics for Fleet capacity, maintenance readiness, and logistics performance.

• Facilitate training and data-literacy engagements across Navy user groups.
