Guidehouse is seeking a data science consultant to join the AI & Data team in Washington, DC. You will design dashboards in Tableau, build data pipelines with SQL and Python, and translate business needs into scalable analytics solutions for federal clients.

The role emphasizes client services, collaboration with stakeholders, and opportunities to contribute to proposals and internal initiatives while maintaining federal public trust eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 1+ year in business analytics, data analysis, data engineering, data visualization, or data science
• Master’s degree in Data Science, CS, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Analytics or related STEM field
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD Public Trust
• Experience with Tableau or Power BI
• Familiarity with cloud-based analytics environments (Databricks, Snowflake, Impala)
• Experience with SQL, Python, and R
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to gather requirements and present to clients

This high performing team works with clients to implement the full spectrum of data analytics and data science, from data querying and wrangling to data engineering, to data visualization, dashboarding, and business intelligence (BI), to predictive analytics. Our services enable our clients to define their information strategy, enable mission critical insights and data-driven decision making, reduce cost and complexity, increase trust, and improve budget justifications and decision-making.
