Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, CS, Math or Engineering.
• Strong experience in statistics, statistical modeling and data science.
• Proficiency in Python and/or R for analysis and modeling.
• Strong SQL skills with relational databases.
• Experience with data preparation, transformation and feature engineering.
• Hands-on data engineering concepts: ETL/ELT, pipelines, integration, data quality.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently and in teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Apply statistical methods and data science techniques to solve business problems.
• Develop, validate, and deploy predictive and statistical models.
• Perform exploratory data analysis, feature engineering and data transformation.
• Collaborate with data engineers and technical teams to build and maintain data pipelines.
• Work with structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.
• Support data ingestion, cleansing, transformation and integration activities.
• Translate analytical questions into data-driven solutions and communicate results clearly.
• Collaborate with data science, engineering, product and business teams.
• Monitor model performance and data quality; improve analytical solutions.
• Contribute to best practices, documentation and standards.
