Rather than stepping into a rigid data science environment, this is an opportunity to help shape how predictive analytics is used across the organization.

The Role

We are looking for a hands‑on Data Scientist who enjoys taking an ambiguous business problem and figuring out the solution from end to end.

You won't always be handed a clean dataset or a perfectly defined modeling problem. You'll work directly with stakeholders to understand what they're trying to solve, identify and prepare the relevant data, determine the right analytical approach, build predictive models, and translate the results into actionable recommendations.

Initial projects will focus on areas such as market analysis, forecasting, profitability, and predictive decision‑making, with the opportunity to expand into new use cases as the data science capability develops.
