Job summary

ArtiFlex Manufacturing, Inc. seeks a Data Scientist to build and support a proprietary data environment that unifies Salesforce, ERP and internal data sources. You will design ML models, preprocess diverse datasets, and translate insights for business leaders.

You will collaborate with product, production and IT teams to deliver data-driven solutions while monitoring model performance and data quality across ArtiFlex locations in Michigan and Ohio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field.
• 3+ years experience in Data Science or related field.
• Strong SQL querying and data manipulation skills.
• Proficiency in Python and ML fundamentals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proactive and business-minded in data questions.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy ML models and statistical workflows.
• Clean, preprocess, and integrate large datasets from multiple sources.
• Collaborate with product, production, services, engineering teams to understand data needs.
• Translate analytical results into actionable business recommendations.
