Job summary

You will work with complex datasets, collaborate with product and engineering teams, and translate analytics into actionable business insights.

You will manage data quality, develop forecasting models, and support AI-enabled solutions as ArtiFlex expands its data platform. Effective communication with leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, CS, or Economics.
• 3+ years of experience in Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
• Strong database management skills using SQL for querying, aggregating, and analyzing data.
• Proficiency in Python and a solid foundation in supervised and unsupervised ML techniques.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate analytics to business insights.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy ML algorithms, statistical models, and predictive workflows.
• Clean, preprocess, and integrate large structured and unstructured datasets from multiple sources.
• Partner with product, production, services, engineering, and business teams to understand data needs and challenges.
• Translate analytical results into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Monitor live models to maintain accuracy and business value.
