Job summary

ArtiFlex Manufacturing is building a proprietary data environment by unifying data from Salesforce, ERP, and internal databases. The Data Scientist will design, build, and deploy ML solutions, preprocess diverse data, and collaborate with business and technical teams to turn data into actionable insights.

You will monitor models, maintain data quality, and translate results for executives while supporting data-driven decision making across ArtiFlex locations in Michigan and Ohio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, CS, Mathematics, or Economics.
• 3+ years of experience in Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
• Strong SQL skills for querying, aggregating, and analyzing data.
• Proficient in Python with a solid foundation in ML techniques.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proactive with ability to learn and work across a modern data/AI stack.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy ML algorithms, statistical models, and predictive workflows.
• Support forecasting and data models as the data foundation evolves.
• Clean, preprocess, and integrate large structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.
• Ensure data accuracy and usability across systems.
• Collaborate with product, production, services, engineering, and business teams.
• Translate analytical results into actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Monitor live models and data quality to sustain business value.
