RoboStrategy seeks a Data Scientist, Associate to build its data capability from the ground up. This is the firm’s first data hire, offering ownership and impact from day one.

You will turn shareholder, investor, marketing and portfolio data into tools, analyses and campaigns that guide decisions. Expect rigorous statistics, AI-native workflows, and a path to elevate data across the organization.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in data science, analytics or similar quantitative role.
• Strong SQL and Python with real-world, multi-source data.
• Portfolio of work you can walk through in depth.
• AI-native approach with daily use of LLMs and AI tooling.
• Experience with BI/dashboarding tools and a modern data stack (BigQuery/Snowflake). CRM data like HubSpot is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build investor data layer integrating shareholder records and filings.
• Design and measure targeted campaigns with marketing teams.
• Own funnel analytics from paid media to investor action.
• Develop AI-native dashboards and automated reporting.
• Support investment team with deal-tracking data and KPI tracking.
• Raise analytical rigor in experiments, tests and forecasts.
• Identify data gaps and advocate data-driven improvements.
