Job summary

RoboStrategy Advisors is hiring a Data Scientist, Associate to build our data capability from scratch. You will own the investor data layer, design campaigns, and measure performance across channels while applying AI-native approaches and rigorous statistics.

You will develop live dashboards, support the investment team with deal-tracking metrics, and raise the analytical bar through experiments and forecasting. This is an early-career role with ownership from day one.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL and Python proficiency with real-world data
• Portfolio of work you have built and shipped
• AI-native approach using LLM APIs, agents and AI tools
• Experience with at least one BI/dashboard tool and modern data stack
• CRM data experience is a plus
• Clear written communication to translate analysis into actionable recommendations
• Degree in CS/Stats/Math/Engineering/Economics or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Build investor data layer by syncing shareholder records, 13F filings and CRM data
• Design and measure targeted campaigns and assess conversions
• Own funnel analytics from paid media to investor actions
• Create and maintain AI-native dashboards and automated reports
• Support investment team with deal-tracking data and KPI mappings
• Raise analytical bar by designing experiments and forecasting outcomes
• Identify gaps, propose datasets and tools with evidence
