• Experience with CAD tools and tech packs; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex fit sessions across product categories ensuring brand guidelines and quality.
• Establish consistent fit standards, blocks, grading rules, and construction standards.
• Evaluate fit, construction issues and determine effective solutions.
