Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in Data Science, ML, or related field; 2+ years leading teams or mentoring
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; advanced degrees a plus
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL, and building predictive models
• Experience with cloud AI/ML platforms and large-scale data warehouses

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Data Science team with technical guidance
• Define direction and priorities for Data Science aligned with business strategy
• Lead cross-functional data science initiatives
• Design, build, deploy, and improve recommender systems and personalization models
• Analyze experiments and A/B tests to measure impact
• Communicate insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders
