Supersourcing is seeking experienced data scientists to join our team in creating an AI-driven fintech solution. You will analyze complex datasets, build predictive models, and extract insights to drive business growth and enhance user experience.

As part of a cross-functional team, you will deploy scalable DS solutions, run experiments, and collaborate with platform and engineering teams to productionize systems while aligning with product metrics and stakeholder needs.

Formación

• BS/BA required in Computer Science, IT, Statistics, Mathematics, OR related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist.
• Strong foundation in Data Science and Machine Learning fundamentals.

Responsabilidades

• Build, deploy, and scale Data Science solutions to generate AI-driven transaction insights.
• Analyze data, develop predictive models, and extract actionable insights to drive growth.

Senior Data Scientist -

Proven experience as a Data Scientist (preferably 5 years), with a strong trackrecord of delivering impactful data-driven solutions.Strong problem solving, quantitative, and analytical skillsSolid knowledge of Data Science and Machine Learning fundamentals, with provenexperience formulating Data Science solutions to business problemsProven ability to recognize business needs and to communicate with multiplestakeholders within the Product Management, Business and Operations teamsProficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, along with expertise indata manipulation, analysis, and visualizationAbility to deliver on tight timelines and move quickly with cross-functional teams toexecute on decisions while maintaining attention to detailExperience in handling Warehouse operation data is an advantage
