The American Arbitration Association (AAA) is seeking a Data Scientist to partner with engineering, analytics and business teams to build intelligent data products and predictive models. You will work on structured and unstructured data, leveraging ML and Generative AI to deliver actionable insights that influence decisions.

Ideal candidates bring strong stats, ML, AI experience including LLMs, and can translate complex findings into practical business solutions in a hybrid/remote US-based role.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience manipulating data sets and building statistical models.
• Experience with predictive modeling, ML, statistical analysis, and pattern recognition.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, Java, JavaScript, C, or C++.
• Experience designing and implementing AI and Generative AI solutions, incl. LLM-based apps and NLP models.

This role will work closely with engineering, analytics, and business teams to develop intelligent data products, build predictive models, analyze structured and unstructured data, and deliver actionable insights that support organizational decision-making.The ideal candidate brings deep experience in statistical analysis, machine learning, and AI technologies, including large language models (LLMs), along with the ability to translate complex findings into practical business solutions.Work Environmen tThis position offers a hybrid or remote work arrangement; candidates must reside at a U.S. location within 125 miles of their assigned location.
