• 2+ years of people management experience or equivalent technical leadership.
• Strong background in experimentation, causal inference, measurement, and model development.
• Fluent in SQL and Python, with ability to review analytical code and guide designs.
• Ability to prioritize cross-functional work and communicate clear recommendations.

• Lead, hire, onboard, and develop a team of data scientists for commerce, payments, subscriptions, and lifecycle portfolio.
• Own roadmap, intake, prioritization, capacity planning, and stakeholder alignment; manage tradeoffs.
• Partner with business and technical leaders to define decisions, hypotheses, and success metrics.
• Guide experimentation, forecasting, and modeling to improve payment and subscription outcomes.
• Review designs, data quality, and model assumptions; contribute to complex analyses.
• Coach data scientists to strengthen scientific judgment and stakeholder influence.
• Set standards for reproducible analysis and reusable workflows; collaborate with Data/ML Engineering.
• Communicate recommendations and impact, with confidence levels and next actions.
