Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in data science, statistics, ML, or related quantitative field.
• 2+ years in people management or technical leadership with mentoring responsibility.
• Strong background in experimentation, causal inference, metric design, and decision science.
• Fluency with SQL and Python; ability to review code and guide analyses.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a quantitative field.

Responsibilities

• Lead, hire, onboard, and develop a team of data scientists supporting commerce, payments, subscriptions, and lifecycle.
• Own the team's roadmap, intake, prioritization, and stakeholder alignment.
• Partner with business and technical leaders to define decisions, hypotheses, success metrics, and plans.
• Guide experimentation, forecasting, and modeling to improve payments and subscription outcomes.
• Review designs, data quality, metrics, and model assumptions; mentor junior staff.
• Communicate recommendations and impact to partners.
