Job summary

Notion is offering a Data Analytics Internship in San Francisco, Jan 25 – Apr 16, with in‑person work required at the SF office. You will perform data analyses to uncover insights and build dashboards to monitor product and business health.

Ideally pursuing a quantitative degree and proficient in SQL, with growing skills in Python or R. You will collaborate across product and business teams and contribute to strategic decisions while graduating before December 2027.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's or master's in a quantitative field such as Economics, Statistics, Applied Math, Engineering, Computer Science, or Natural Sciences. Must graduate before December 2027.
• This internship will take place from January 25 – April 16 and you will need to work out of our SF office during this time.
• Previous research or internship experience.
• Proficient in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Working towards proficiency in one or more scripting languages such as Python or R.

Responsibilities

• Conduct data analyses to gain insights about Notion and identify opportunities to improve product and business.
• Communicate insights with actionable recommendations to cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with product and business teams to learn their functions and use data to advance their areas.
• Create metrics and dashboards to monitor growth and health of Notion.
• Present insights and recommendations to leadership to influence strategic decisions.
