Notion is seeking a data analytics intern to empower product and business decisions. You will analyze data, build dashboards, and translate insights into actionable recommendations for cross‑functional teams.

You will work January 25–April 16 in our San Francisco office, collaborating with product, engineering, and business teams while developing your SQL, Python, and R skills in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's or master's in a quantitative field and must graduate before December 2027.
• This internship runs January 25 – April 16; must be able to work out of the SF office during this period.
• Previous research or internship experience.
• Proficient in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Working toward proficiency in one or more scripting languages such as Python or R.

Responsibilities

• Conduct data analyses to gain insights about Notion and identify opportunities for product and business improvements.
• Communicate insights with actionable recommendations to cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with product and business partners to learn their functions and use data to advance their areas.
• Create metrics and build dashboards to monitor growth and health of Notion.
• Communicate insights and recommendations to leadership to influence strategic decisions.
