Figma is seeking a Data Science intern to join our team and tackle real-world analytics challenges that influence product and business decisions. You’ll work with Product, Engineering, Design, and Data Science partners to frame questions, build models, and deliver actionable insights.

Based in SF or NYC, this internship offers hands-on experience with SQL, Python or R, and data pipelines, with a focus on experimentation, forecasting, and data-driven growth.

Qualifications

• Experience using SQL and Python or R to clean, explore, and analyze data.
• Strong foundation in statistics and quantitative reasoning.
• Ability to structure open-ended questions and connect findings to product decisions.
• Curiosity, initiative, and strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a scoped project end to end with cross-functional partners.
• Analyze user behavior, product performance, or business data to uncover insights and recommendations.
