Job summary

The Nuclear Company, a fast-growing AI-driven energy tech startup, invites a Data Science Intern to work on the Nuclear Operating System (NOS). You will frame questions, wrangle data, build models, and present actionable results to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a BS or MS in a quantitative field with expected graduation between Dec 2027 and Jun 2028 and will return to school.
• Proficiency in Python data stack and SQL, with track record of data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Frame business and engineering questions with stakeholders and source, clean, and explore data.
• Build and validate models for megaproject cost, schedule, and risk.
• Engineer features and extend the NOS ontology and data model.
• Build data pipelines across Palantir Foundry and AWS GovCloud.
• Design dashboards and analyses for operators and executives.
