Job summary

thread seeks a Data Analyst to handle project reporting, data analysis, and insights. The role collaborates with the Salesforce Administrator to ensure efficient Salesforce usage and aligns with organizational processes.

You will deliver reporting, analysis, and actionable insights across thread's projects and programs. The ideal candidate has an associate degree and experience with Salesforce or similar CRMs, with a focus on data-driven decision making and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Computer Information Systems, IT, or related field (or equivalent).
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRMs preferred.
• Pursuing Salesforce certifications (Admin) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in data analysis to support projects or programs.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent technical writing and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with proven multi-priority management.
• Experience training users on systems or tools.
• Experience with nonprofit organizations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collect, validate, and analyze data to support decisions.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visuals for KPIs.
• Collaborate with project managers to define data requirements.
• Identify trends to inform program improvements.
• Track early childhood education trend data.
• Lead data analysis for survey/research reports.
• Support forecasting and scenario analysis.
• Ensure data accuracy across sources.

• Leverage AI-powered tools for data cleaning and exploration.
• Serve as first line of Salesforce support and training coordination.
