Specific Responsibilities:

The Data Analystis responsible for project and organizational reporting, data analysis, and insights. This position works closely with the Salesforce Administrator to ensure the Salesforce platformoperatesefficiently, aligns with organizational processes, and enables users to effectivelyleveragesystem capabilities. Additionally, this role supports data-driven decision-making by delivering reporting, analysis, and actionable insights across thread's projects and programs.

Data Analysis

1. Collect,validate, and analyze data to support project and organizational decision-making
2. Develop andmaintaindashboards, reports, and visualizations to inform and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
3. Collaborate with project managers and program staff to define data requirements and reporting needs
4. Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to inform program and process improvement
5. Track current early childhood education trend data
6. Provide data analysis leadership for development, review and evaluation of survey and research reports
7. Support forecasting, planning, and scenario analysis to inform ongoing and future initiatives
8. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across multiple data sources
9. Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
10. Assistin preparing reports, presentations, and materials
11. Recommend data-driven improvements to enhance processes and program outcomes
12. Use AI-powered tools to accelerate data cleaning, pattern identification, and exploratory analysis

Salesforce Support

1. Serve as the first line of support for internal Salesforce users across the organization
   1. Field and respond to staff questions, requests and issue reports across the organization
   2. Triage issues to determine urgency and whether they can be resolved directly or need to be escalated to the Salesforce Administrator
   3. Track recurring or frequently reported issues to identify patterns that may point to larger system or training needs
2. Communicate system updates, changes, and improvements clearly to users
3. Stay current with Salesforce updates, best practices, and community resources

Qualifications:

1. Associate's degree, preferably in Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education, training, certifications, and relevant work experience)
2. Experience with Salesforce or like CRMs preferred
3. Current or interest in pursuing Salesforce certifications, includingSalesforce Administrator
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
5. Demonstrated experience in data analysis supporting projects or programsincluding ability to pull, organize, manage and interpret data
6. Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
7. Excellent technical writing and verbal communication skillsto explain technical findings in simple terms
8. Attention to detail to ensure accuracy
9. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Starting Compensation Range: $66,000 - $71,000 annual salary
