Job summary

Huntington is seeking an IT Risk Director to oversee Data Management, Data Governance, and Data Quality risk domains within the Bank’s IT Risk framework. This 2nd line role provides independent, expert input up to the Board and partners with CDAO and 1st line teams to manage risk across data functions.

The role leads a high-performing team, drives risk assessments, and communicates risk matters to senior leadership. Office-based with flexible work arrangements and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent level of work experience.
• 10+ years of experience implementing data governance frameworks and leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide Risk Management leadership across the Bank's Data Management, Data Governance, and Data Quality risks.
• Lead the Technology Risk Program's strategy and areas of focus.
• Own Data Management risk in the IT Risk Framework and Taxonomy with assessments and metrics.
• Engage with CDAO and 1st line risk groups to support CDAO business unit.
• Lead quarterly Operational Pillar Risk Assessment and annual Data Management Risk Assessment.
• Provide 2nd line IT risk coverage for CDAO initiatives and remediation oversight.
