Job summary

Huntington National Bank seeks an IT Risk Director to oversee Data Management, Data Governance, and Data Quality risk domains as part of the Independent (2nd Line) Technology Risk group. The role involves credible challenge, senior-level participation, and partnership with the CDAO and 1st line risk teams.

Responsibilities include leading a high-performing team, shaping risk program strategy, and presenting to the Board as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 10+ years of experience implementing data governance frameworks and developing data governance policy and standards.
• Experience leading teams and collaborating with IT and business units on data governance needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership across Data Management, Data Governance, and Data Quality risk domains.
• Shape Technology Risk Program strategy and focus areas.
• Own Data Management risk in Huntington IT Risk Framework and Metrics.
• Engage with CDAO and related risk groups to support governance initiatives.
• Lead quarterly Operational Pillar Risk Assessment and annual Data Management Risk Assessment.
• Provide backend 2nd line IT risk coverage for CDAO and related efforts across the Bank.
