Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in technology, data, business, or finance.
• 3+ years in banking, technology, operations, risk management, or regulators.
• 3+ years in data management, governance, analytics, testing, or risk management.
• Strong business acumen and decision-making skills.
• Experience with risk and controls framework development and measurement.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Data Management, Data Analytics and Data Controls across data supply chains.
• Ability to interact effectively in a matrixed, complex environment.
• Change management abilities to navigate ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Drive EDRO coverage and risk advisory delivery.
• Engage with business partners to meet EDRO requirements and expectations.
• Contribute to the EDRO strategic plan and roadmaps.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, policies, and procedures.
• Drive effective issue management and remediation per EIM.
• Support data risk reporting and metrics across the enterprise.
• Foster a strong risk culture and accountability.
• Provide effective challenge on data processes before 3LoD validation.
• Offer risk advisory to strengthen data risk controls.
• Maintain knowledge of Data Management and Data Analytics frameworks.
