Job summary

Goodwill Houston is seeking a data systems professional to provide data, reporting, dashboard, and CaseWorthy support for Workforce Development. You will develop and maintain dashboards, ensure data quality, and prepare routine reports for program leadership and grants.

The role involves collaborating with program staff, testing systems, and training users onsite to improve data-driven decisions and reporting efficiency.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in database administration, information systems, data analytics, or related field required; degree equivalency considered.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in data management, reporting, QA, or related operations preferred.
• Experience with Power BI, Excel, SQL, CaseWorthy, or similar tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Audit CaseWorthy and related data systems to identify data quality issues and coordinate corrections.
• Maintain data quality across CaseWorthy, dashboards, and grant reporting tools.
• Develop and refresh Power BI dashboards and scorecards for leadership and grants.
• Assist with testing forms, reports, and workflows before implementation.
• Document dashboard definitions, data sources, and reporting procedures.
• Provide routine data support and training to staff on reporting tools.
