Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions in High Point, NC is seeking a Data Specialist to support reporting, data analysis, and data management on-site. The role focuses on ensuring data accuracy and integrity for operational decision-making and provides backups for data-related admin tasks.

Responsibilities include building reports, maintaining dashboards in Power BI, managing data imports/exports, and collaborating with IT, Finance, and other departments to meet reporting needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience with relational databases or CRM data management.
• Experience in data reporting, analysis, and maintenance.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Power BI or similar BI tools preferred.
• Experience with data integration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and distribute recurring and ad hoc reports for internal stakeholders.
• Extract, analyze, format, and validate data for operational and leadership reporting.
• Maintain database accuracy through regular review, cleanup, and auditing.
• Create and maintain queries, exports, reports, and other data tools.
• Support data imports, exports, integrations, and synchronization between internal and third-party systems.
• Identify and troubleshoot data discrepancies and system-related issues.
• Maintain existing Power BI dashboards and assist with new dashboards development.
• Support users with database access, reporting tools, queries, and system functionality.
• Assist with maintaining documentation, policies, and procedures related to data management and reporting.
• Partner with IT, Finance, and other departments to address reporting, data, and operational requirements.
• Evaluate new technology and system functionality to improve reporting and data processes.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Provide backup support for related data and administrative functions.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
