Job summary

Farm Credit East is seeking a Data Analyst to support data reporting and management across the organization. You will work with stakeholders to define requirements, develop Power BI reports, and ensure data quality and governance in a cloud-oriented environment.

The role emphasizes collaboration, regulatory compliance, and driving adoption of analytics tools, with a hybrid work model after two weeks of employment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information management, statistics, finance, business intelligence or related field required.
• 1 - 5 years of experience in reporting services (Business Objects, Salesforce, Power BI, SSRS) and databases (SQL) or related banking/financial services experience.
• Hybrid work options after two weeks of employment; options determined by role and performance.

Responsibilities

• Understand business requirements and deliverables; set expectations.
• Provide management reporting, insights, and recommendations for process improvements.
• Ensure reporting meets regulatory requirements and is appropriate for the request.
• Enhance reporting capabilities around core systems (e.g., AgWorx, Salesforce/nCino) as legacy systems are phased out.
• Collaborate with Finance to ensure ICFR-compliant reports and data mapping.
• Lead adoption of Power BI and Paginated Reports across the Association.
• Scope projects with stakeholders and evaluate deliverables.
• Provide outstanding service to internal and external inquiries.
