Farm Credit East is seeking a Data and Reporting Analyst (2205) in Enfield, CT to support data reporting and management needs. You will gather data assets understanding and convert into consumable formats using state-of-the-art tools, collaborating with management to translate complex concepts into clear insights.

The role emphasizes stakeholder collaboration, development of Power BI reports, data governance, ETL in Azure, and ensuring compliance with internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information management, statistics, finance, business intelligence or related field.
• 1–5 years with reporting services (BO, Salesforce, Power BI, SSRS) and databases (SQL) in banking/financial services.
• Hybrid work options after two weeks based on role and performance.

Responsibilities

• Understand business requirements with stakeholders and set expectations.
• Deliver management reporting requests and provide insights for process improvements.
• Ensure reports meet regulatory requirements and stakeholder needs.
• Improve reporting capabilities around core systems (AgWorx, Salesforce/nCino) as legacy systems are phased out.
• Collaborate with Finance to ensure ICFR compliance and data mapping from source systems.
• Promote Power BI adoption and Paginated Reports as the primary tool.
• Scope projects with stakeholders and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
• Provide outstanding service and resolve internal and external inquiries.
